More advanced versions of the papers are currently under review and will hopefully be published soon. These papers will be much shorter and will not contain as much detailed information as the current versions.

Did you measure WTP before pricing?
One another question, did you publish these are contents of these as journal papers? Does that set a lower reference price for these articles?
