    I have not read the book and just followed your link and read the brief description in amazon. Some thoughts come to my mind:
    – Is the book designed right and priced right?
    – Should this be one comprehensive volume with such a high price tag?
    – Shouldn’t this be a multi-part series targeted at different segments at different price points?
